The challenge of this text is to be what we already are in Christ, knowing that God himself is with and for us should change our prayer life; understanding that God’s wrath cannot be on us at all anymore also changes our life not just our thinking; but also waking up to the righteousness we have in Christ means that we are not only freed from our sin, but have dominion over it. All this happens primarily in the means of Grace and it compels us to Go out from the unclean world as salves and to Go To the unclean world as servants.
