In Romans Chapter 7 Paul is saved though the Life and resurrection of Jesus Christ But do not know that there's no condemnation to anyone who is in Christ yet. so he is going though the struggle of self effort and human performance in relation to living for Christ, kind of like a person still under the Law of Moses instead of grace though faith in what Jesus has already done for him. In Romans chapter 7 he is tormented and if you read Roman 7 verses 24 and 25 he describes himself as being a wretched man, and wondering who will deliver him from this inter conflict which is like death . Then he gets a revelation about who Christ is and what he has done for him and it's like a breath of fresh air and like someone throwing you a life saving rope, and pulling you out of the struggle and into victory. Paul then writes Romans chapter 8 which grew out of his struggle in Romans chapter 7 . Join me in this study in the word of God and see the difference between salvation though self effort and salvation though what God the father has made available though what Jesus did at the cross. the difference is like day and night.
