I Am The Door (John 9,10)

For each of the 7 "I Am" Statements Jesus demonstrates that he really is who he says he is. Is this account, the Pharisees just slammed the door on the blind man that Jesus healed and they kicked him out of "the fold". He was no longer allowed in the temple- they stood at the gate to the temple and said to this man- you can't enter. Jesus then hears of this and hunts the blind man down- then he explains that HE HIMSELF is the door- and HE IS the gatekeeper of the fold, NOT the Pharisees.
