The Final Days

We are in the last of the last days. It happened when Israel returned to their land and became a nation again May 14th 1948. Matthew 24:32-34 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; (Israel) When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, (mentioned in previous verses the tribulation etc.) know that it is near, even at the doors. 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation (the people that see these events) shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. The last days or the last time is the days after Pentecost. The Old testament prophets called the last of the last days terms such as last days, In that day, at that time, time of the end, and the day of the Lord. But no doubt we are in the last of the last days. Jesus described all the signs in Matthew 24, Luke 21 and Mark 13. Also, Daniel chapters 7-12 and Zechariah, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Ezekiel also described this day is passages. I don’t have time to go into that. But I don’t think I need to tell you that we are in the season of the Lord’s return….the final days of earth as we now know it.
