Blindness affects 2.2 billion people in the world today. The numbers are rising. The main reason is the lack of decent eye care. Near-sightedness can lead to blindness if not treated properly in time. Untreated Cataracts and failing eye sight in the elderly leads to blindness among the undeveloped nations of the world. Myopia or near-sightedness is exploding due to children spending so much time on their devices. Diabetes patients will all experience some kind of vision problems. The cause of Much blindness of our eyes is preventable but the poor can’t access doctors and those who can often do not. There is a spiritual blindness also. Those who are spiritually poor aren’t looking for a cure and those who know about the cure won’t access it because they both think they can see.
