Recently, at a press conference for the new Justice League film, Ben Affleck, the actor who plays Batman, implied that it would be wonderful to have a hero who could save us. What do we need a hero to save us from? “from all this, [to] save us from ourselves,” and then he said more specifically, someone who can “save us from the consequences of our actions.” There is someone who has come to save us all.
