The worrier trys to live in the future They get so stuck in what if … that they lose touch with …what is And so when that happens…… the heaviness of worry begins to slow us down Because, the future isn’t here nor is the future ours The future is unknown, uncontrollable and belongs to god And therefore to worry about it,…. Negatively affects our peace of mind
