Fear – an unpleasant feeling of anxiety or apprehension caused by the presence or anticipation of danger Fear is a needed emotion provided by God… so that we could be wise enough to protect ourselves from the realities of the day. It provides us with sudden bursts of strength and speed when we need it (adrenaline) It is what we need in a bad situation for fight or flight .the responses needed to deal with problems in the moment It is a basic survival instinct and a good thing as long as does not get out of control This is not the spirit of fear 2 Timothy 1:7(kjv) 7 for God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
