If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work. [2 Timothy 2:21] In the crazy world we currently live in the concept of sanctification (living a holy life) seems to have faded into the background of theological discussions, church messages, and in the lives of many believers. It’s almost nonexistent and sadly hardly ever talked about. Accountability for personal actions is a joke, excuses and justifications for non-godly behaviors are running rampant, and it appears that literally anything is accepted in the name of love.
