XA Sunday Sermon Blanks and Scripture
Acts 11:23-26
23 When he arrived and saw what the grace of God had done, he was glad and
encouraged them all to remain true to the Lord with all their hearts. 24 He was a
good man, full of the Holy Spirit and faith, and a great number of people were
brought to the Lord. 25 Then Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul, 26 and
when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year Barnabas and
Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people. The disciples were
called Christians first at Antioch.
Genesis 2:15
15 The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work
it and take care of it
The role of the priest is to represent God to man and man to God
Genesis 1:26
26 Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that
they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock
and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
Romans 6:16-18
16 Don't you know that when you offer yourselves to someone as obedient slaves,
you are slaves of the one you obey--whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to
death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness? 17 But thanks be to God
that, though you used to be slaves to sin, you have come to obey from your heart
the pattern of teaching that has now claimed your allegiance. 18 You have been
set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.
God intended for us to stand up for His Rights and His Kingdom in the lives of our brothers and
sisters around us.
Genesis 2:18
18 The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will
make a helper suitable for him."
Colossians 2:9
9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form
1 Timothy 2:5-6
5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the
man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has
now been witnessed to at the proper time.
Matthew 8:27
27 The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this? Even the
winds and the waves obey him!"

What God does in you, He wants to do through you
2 Timothy 2:2
2 And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses
entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.
God has called us to be Priests, Kings, and Prophets to the world around us no matter where
we are in life.
Love is unselfishly choosing for the highest good of God and His Kingdom

Two essential components of representing God to man and man to God:
1. You show them the love of God through your life
2. You pray that God would move in their hearts

There is no salvation without Lordship.
You must love their future more than their feelings.
A faithful discipler is someone that like Jesus, is a priest, king, and prophet to the world around
us.
