Ecclesiastes 3:1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven… BEFORE MARRIAGE 1) A SEASON OF PREPARATION. Song of Songs 2:11-12 See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land. • Winter is the season of preparation. • Don’t rush into spring prematurely. 2) A SEASON OF PERFECTION. Song of Songs 2:8-10 Listen! My lover! Look! Here he comes, leaping across the mountains, bounding over the hills. My lover is like a gazelle or a young stag. Look! There he stands behind our wall, gazing through the windows, peering through the lattice. My lover spoke and said to me, "Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, and come with me.
