No Greater Love

John 15:12-15 ... This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.  You are My friends if you do what I command you.  No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his Master is doing;  but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you.

Some things are worth fighting for…  such as being known as a FRIEND of JESUS

1.  Friends of Jesus LOVE as He LOVES

• SACRIFICIAL

Romans 5:8 ... But God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

2.  Friends of Jesus DO as He DOES

• OBEDIENT

Luke 6:46 ... Why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do what I tell you?

3.  Friends of Jesus KNOW as He KNOWS

• PARTNER

Mark 10:45 ... For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.

CHALLENGE:  Lay down your life EVERY DAY
