Living Water Series | Be Like Kids Heading into the week of Summer Vibes, what does it mean to return to a childlike state in our relationship with God? Jesus invites us to come before Him boldly and receive from Him with the simplicity of a child. Above all, God is calling us to an intimate relationship with Him as a kid has with a loving father, and this closeness models a relationship with God that the next generation can recognize and understand. 1. Boldness - "let the little children com to me" 2. Receiving - "receive the kingdom of God like a little child" 3. Intimacy - "he took the children in his arms, places his hands on them and blessed them" Verses: Mark 10:13-16, NIV Hebrews 4:16, NIV James 4:8a, NIV "The Bible was written for us, not to us." "The Father's heart is moved by the prayers of his children, regardless of age." "You never grow out of receiving like a child." "It pleases the Father to give, so it should please me to receive."
