Have you ever bitten into a delicious cookie or piece of cake? It's not necessarily the pan that was used to cook it in that made it taste so great. It's the right amount of the specified ingredients, mixed together, cooked at the perfect temperature for the precise amount of time that resulted in it's great taste.
