Motherhood is a great need for humanity. It is so great that God the Father knew that Jesus would benefit from the experience of having the love of a mother. Jesus was a good Son who honored His heavenly Father and who honored his earthly mother. Today we look at John 19:25-27 and see how Jesus honored and provided for His mother in His final moments on the cross.
