THIS IS THE WAY WALK IN IT

To walk in the spirit is not striving to be excellent, it's not a work of the flesh. Submitting my soul to the word of God is taking hold of the mind of Christ, the way Jesus thinks and not my selfish desires. The Lord knows the desire of every living thing, I do not. So, I trust him and don't lean on my own understanding about whatever situation or circumstance that comes my way. The Lord will always be the strength of my life and I pray the strength of yours as we put our trust in him completely. Again Galatians 5:22-23 is not meant for you to force yourself to obey a law but rather to put whatever you care about into the hands of the father and let his love work through you. Whatever is wrong the Lord knows how to make it right so that he can say many lives. Isaiah 30:18 so the Lord must wait for you to come to him so he can show you his love and compassion. For the Lord is a faithful God. Blessed are those who wait for his help. Elijah Prayed 1 Kings 18:36-39 At the time of the evening sacrifice, Elijah the prophet approached the altar and said, “O LORD, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known this day that You are God in Israel and that I am Your servant and have done all these things at Your command. Answer me, O LORD! Answer me, so that this people will know that You, the LORD, are God, and that You have turned their hearts back again.” Then the fire of the LORD fell and consumed the sacrifice, the wood, the stones, and the dust, and it licked up the water in the trench. When all the people saw this, they fell facedown and said, “The LORD, He is God! The LORD, He is God!” Elijah Prayed James 5:17 Amplified Bible Elijah was a man with a nature like ours [with the same physical, mental, and spiritual limitations and shortcomings], and he prayed intensely for it not to rain, and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months. Galatians 5:22-25 But the fruit of the Spirit [the result of His presence within us] is love [unselfish concern for others], joy, [inner] peace, patience [not the ability to wait, but how we act while waiting], kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature together with its passions and appetites. If we [claim to] live by the [Holy] Spirit, we must also walk by the Spirit [with personal integrity, godly character, and moral courage--our conduct empowered by the Holy Spirit].
