Rich Toward God – The Prayers of The Righteous There's just something about getting our mind stayed on Christ, keeping the mind of Christ having the attitude of Christ, and the heart of Christ this is the mind that will sustain us through this time in this world. God's love is more than we are aware of as these situations and circumstances seem to swirl around us and invade our hearts. We are too easily dissuaded against the promises God has promised. We act as if we are powerless like we have no authority in the situation. Through Jesus, all power has been given to us to overcome all the works of the enemy and that word is what God said. Scripture for thought 1 Peter 1:23-25 For you have been born again, but not to a life that will quickly end. Your new life will last forever because it comes from the eternal, living word of God. As the Scriptures say, “People are like grass; their beauty is like a flower in the field. The grass withers and the flower fades. But the word of the Lord remains forever.” And that word is the Good News that was preached to you. Luke 12:1-34 Proverbs 15:28-29 James 5:16-20
