My prayer, to God, give me back what I once had, my dance and my song for you. Bring me back to that place when I wasn't afraid of you, Lord Jesus. The Mind Field I once loved God with all my heart with all my strength and with all my mind until I walked into a minefield. It felt like explosion after explosion until I could not hear or think clearly anymore. It hurt so much to be separated from the one I adored and all I could do was long for the Lord at a distance because of the mortar all around me. I yelled for the Lord, I screamed and became bitter and resentful of my enemies. The mind field makes you afraid of everything that moves even the living God who saves you. You won't come to Jesus and rest in his arms. You won’t praise and worship him like he's your one and only. You won't lift him up anymore and magnify him with all your heart, with all your mind, and all your strength. Do not allow yourselves to be deceived because of sin. I thank God for taking us out of darkness and bringing us into the kingdom of His dear son. Colossians 1:11-14 We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy, always thanking the Father. He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light. For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins. 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 But all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ [making us acceptable to Him] and gave us the ministry of reconciliation [so that by our example we might bring others to Him], 19that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting people’s sins against them [but canceling them]. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation [that is, restoration to favor with God]. Revelation 14:6-7 (Fear God and give Him glory.)
