The Lord is the strength of your life. I understand that we can get weary in our minds but keep looking at Jesus the author and finisher of our faith. Hebrews 12:1-3 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off every encumbrance and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with endurance the race set out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. John 14:27 Do not let your hearts be troubled... Psalm 121:1-8 Ephesians 6:10-18 2 Peter 3:10-17 (14) Therefore, beloved, as you anticipate these things, make every effort to be found at peace—spotless and blameless in His sight. We need to understand the joy of our salvation. In the book of Nehemiah, they began a work and labored hard spiritually and physically to get it done. They labored in faith toward God, prayer, and action and it was not in vain, they had finished the work. Nehemiah 8:7-12 They had a festive time and did not weep or mourn. Jesus Christ has finished the work of salvation; all we must do is walk it out and the Lord is with us the whole way. Do not be moved away from your confident expectation. Remain rooted and grounded in Christ. Colossians 1:9-23 (20-23) Once you were alienated from God and were hostile in your minds, engaging in evil deeds. But now He has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy, unblemished, and blameless in His presence— if indeed you continue in your faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope of the gospel you heard, which has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant. Psalm 23:1-3 Isaiah 11:1-5 John 10:1-29 John 10:4-5 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. John 10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. John 10:27-29 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. John 16:27 For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. Forgive 2 Corinthians 2:9-11 My purpose in writing you was to see if you would stand the test and be obedient in everything. If you forgive anyone, I also forgive him. And if I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven it in the presence of Christ for your sake, in order that Satan should not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes. Be the light that people see. Ephesians 5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light... Youtube: https://youtu.be/mHCT9ESV1M4
