I want to get my mind in the position to humble itself. by gathering every thought and putting it under my foot. Because there is no thought higher than God's thoughts and there's no ways greater than His ways. We belong to the Lord, and we need everything in our conscious being to trust Him, to rest in Him, to lean on Him, and rely on Him. Now that is faith, that's faith toward God. We are in Christ in God, and He works everything out together for the good of those who love him and are called according to his plan. The Fear of man, and of situations and circumstances is on the path but it's not God's plan that you walk in fear. It is God's plan that we walk by faith and trust that he is with us. The Lord says I know the thoughts that I think towards you, thoughts of peace and not of evil to bring you to a successful end. (Read Jeremiah 29:11-14) If there is any good in this life I want the Lord to be known. God is who he is, Jesus is the son of God he died and rose again. He came to be our savior and took us beyond the cross. God loves us, and he made one way to come to him and that's through his son. It is all in the knowledge of who God is and in the knowledge of His Son 2 Peter 1:1-8 This letter is from Simon Peter, a slave, and apostle of Jesus Christ. I am writing to you who share the same precious faith we have. This faith was given to you because of the justice and fairness of Jesus Christ, our God, and Savior. May God give you more and more grace and peace as you grow in your knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord. Growing in Faith 3By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to Himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. 4And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires. 5In view of all this, make every effort to respond to God’s promises. Supplement your faith with a generous provision of moral excellence, and moral excellence with knowledge, 6and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with patient endurance, and patient endurance with godliness, 7and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love for everyone. 8The more you grow like this, the more productive and useful you will be in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9But those who fail to develop in this way are shortsighted or blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their old sins. Begin to thank the Lord for the experience that you are walking through. My prayer is, Lord, help us to help each other. Scripture for thought Proverbs 9:10-11, Revelation 14:6-7, Matthew 13:18-23, Mark 11:12-14, 20-25, Ephesians 3:14-21. (Read Isaiah 55:1-12) The Lord is really talking about the prosperity of our soul as we come to acknowledge Him in all are ways. 12 The lord wants your soul to prosper. The soul learns to rest in what God said now, that is true prosperity. Are you ready to go higher than where you are?
