I thank God for the forgiveness of sins. Now we get to forgive others Matthew 6:12 Amplified Bible ‘And forgive us our debts, as we have forgiven our debtors [letting go of both the wrong and the resentment]. THIS WORD IS LIVING AND ACTIVE – IT IS SPIRIT AND LIFE. This is not advice from a strange word that you don’t know. Matthew 6:9-15 Pray like this: Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us today the food we need, and forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who sin against us. And don’t let us yield to temptation, but rescue us from the evil one. “If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins. Colossians 3:12-15 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with hearts of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Bear with one another and forgive any complaint you may have against someone else. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which is the bond of perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, for to this you were called as members of one body. And be thankful.
