Forgive Just As God Has Forgiven You

Let’s get our pride and emotions in order so that we will be ready for the LORD'S coming. Holding on to offenses will weigh us down, but giving the Lord what concerns us will cause us to walk out our soul salvation in the power of God. We can trust Jesus with everything. Luke 12:35-40 “Be dressed for service and keep your lamps burning, as though you were waiting for your master to return from the wedding feast. Then you will be ready to open the door and let him in the moment he arrives and knocks. The servants who are ready and waiting for his return will be rewarded. I tell you the truth, he himself will seat them, put on an apron, and serve them as they sit and eat! He may come in the middle of the night or just before dawn. But whenever he comes, he will reward the servants who are ready. “Understand this: If a homeowner knew exactly when a burglar was coming, he would not permit his house to be broken into. You also must be ready all the time, for the Son of Man will come when least expected.” Please Forgive Proverbs 19:11 A man's insight gives him patience, and his virtue is to overlook an offense. Proverbs 15:18 NIV A hot-tempered person stirs up conflict, but the one who is patient calms a quarrel. 2 Corinthian 2:10 NLT When you forgive this man, I forgive him, too. And when I forgive whatever needs to be forgiven, I do so with Christ’s authority for your benefit, 2 Corinthians 2:9-11 My purpose in writing you was to see if you would stand the test and be obedient in everything. If you forgive anyone, I also forgive him. And if I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven it in the presence of Christ for your sake, in order that Satan should not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes.
