Our soul needs to rest in the Father's promises. When we subdue our soul by the word of God; our spirit will soar like an eagle. Trust the Lord in everything He called you and will take care of you. A humble and contrite heart is what the Lord hears. Do not let your soul speak for you make it agree with God, and the Lord will honor His Word.
