Jesus gives us an opportunity to see a new way for what it means to be faithful to God's kin-dom. It turns out that Jesus himself is encountered among those that we rather ignore, push aside, and forget. When we begin recognizing Jesus in the faces of those others, we become participants in God's promise of love for the world.
