I put a picture of the Caribbean Island of St.Thomas next to this just to get your attention. I am actually preaching on St.Thomas the Apostle - not the gorgeous getaway - this weekend. You might remember him as the "Doubting Thomas" in John 20 but there are two other amazing scenes with Thomas in the Gospel. And in one scene he displays courage and resolve far beyond the other disciples. Why don't we remember him for that?
