Dear Father of All Wisdom, We come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the young leaders emerging from our colleges and universities. We ask that You endow them with creativity, wisdom, and a steadfast commitment to biblical business principles. May they lead with humility and a spirit of service, becoming catalysts for Kingdom impact in the marketplace. Lord, we pray that these future leaders integrate their faith into their professional lives, exemplifying integrity and righteousness. Guide them to seek first Your Kingdom in all their endeavors, trusting that as they do, You will provide for their needs and direct their paths. We ask that You surround them with mentors and coaches who will nurture their growth, helping them to develop into leaders who honor You in every aspect of their work. May they be inspired to pursue excellence, always striving to hear the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant."
