The Gospel and Israel

Because of the gospel, Paul had a desire for his own people Israel to know the power of God unto salvation! He knows that the Gospel message is to the Jew as well as the Gentile. He wants us to know how God's plan will be done regarding both. As we think about the salvation of other gentiles, let us not forget to pray for salvation for Israel. Sometimes we get bogged down in the reading of passages or chapters, and miss the intended message. I would encourage you to read the following passage in Romans 11 as follows, without the verse numbers to break it up. 1; 7; 11; 17; 25; 33.
