How to read the Bible - using the lens of God's generosity - Deuteronomy 14:22-29
October 23, 2011
Langdon Palmer
Like reading a book with a pair of glasses, we all read the bible through our presuppositions, through the conclusions we have before we even start to read it. Some glasses distort what we read while others correct a defect in us so we can actually see what is there. It turns out that when we realize that God's primary characteristic is generosity we begin to see both the bible and our selves in focus.
