The Wilderness - dry, barren, lonely, dangerous, uncomfortable, and a place no one runs to willingly. Yet Moses, Hagar the pagan woman, David and the Israelites were all chased into the wilderness where they had encounters with God and revelations of His Mighty power. They had meetings with Him in their wilderness. Might it be that God is calling you to a meeting with Him in your wilderness, that dry, barren, lonely, dangerous, needy and uncomfortable place you now find yourself in?
