Pastor Greg continues with 1 John 2:7-11 - which shows the love John has for his readers. He builds up to a pointed challenge to all of us to love one another as Jesus loves us. John uses three comparisons in these passages that powerfully illustrate the importance of love. But love is not a "warm, fuzzy feeling." It's genuine compassion and caring actions that demonstrate the value of the other person.
